Tailored Support for Your Congregation
-
Sometimes you're in the middle of something hard and need support in the moment. Maybe it’s a boundary that's been crossed, a gap in how you screen volunteers, or a pastoral care situation that feels bigger than your team's training. You don't need a long process. You need someone to help you think clearly. In a 60-minute virtual session, I'll sit with you in the details of what's going on and help you walk away with concrete and contextualized next steps your leadership can actually use, a plan that honors both sound practice and your congregation's values.

You shouldn't have to fly someone in to give your team good training. In a single session, usually around 90 minutes but flexible depending on your topic, I'll come alongside your staff and volunteers to explore what matters most such as trauma-sensitive care, community asset mapping, inclusive practices, healthy boundaries in pastoral care, or something specific to your context. These sessions are interactive and hands-on so your team leaves with real tools they can use right away. If one session sparks a desire for more, I also offer ongoing virtual support to keep building healthy policies over time.

There's something meaningful about being in the same room together, learning side by side. So I'd love to come to you! Your pastors, deacons, and volunteer teams can work through hands-on training in trauma-informed ministry, healthy boundaries for those in pastoral care, and building a culture where everyone, especially the most vulnerable among you, feels safe and welcome. I'll spend dedicated time on-site working through real scenarios your community faces, so what we learn together shapes how you care for your people day to day.
